1. Acceptance
By creating an account or using Cardloom you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. The service
Cardloom uses AI to generate flashcards, quizzes, tests, and tutoring responses from material you upload. Output may contain errors. Do not rely on Cardloom as your only source for graded work or important decisions.
3. Your account
You must be 13 or older. You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for activity under your account.
4. Acceptable use
- No uploading content you do not have rights to.
- No using Cardloom to cheat on exams that prohibit AI assistance.
- No reverse engineering, scraping, or reselling the service.
- No illegal, harmful, hateful, or sexual content involving minors.
5. Subscriptions and billing
Pro is $7.99/month (first month), then $9.99/month. Premium is $20.99/month. Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. You can cancel anytime from Plan settings; access continues until the end of the billing period. Prices may change with 30 days' notice.
6. Refunds

7. Your content
You keep ownership of material you upload. You grant Cardloom a limited license to process it solely to provide the service to you.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You can delete your account anytime from Settings.
9. Disclaimer
The service is provided "as is" without warranties. We do not guarantee accuracy of AI output, uninterrupted availability, or that it will meet your needs.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cardloom's total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced in-app or by email.
