Refund Policy

Cancellations

You can cancel your subscription at any time from the Plan page. Cancellation stops future billing. You keep paid access until the end of the current billing period.

Refunds

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on your first subscription payment (Pro or Premium). If you are not satisfied, email cardloom.flash@gmail.com within 7 days of your first charge and we will refund it in full.

Renewal payments after the first period are non-refundable, except where required by law (e.g., EU 14-day withdrawal right for digital services that have not been used).

How to request a refund

  1. Email cardloom.flash@gmail.com from the address on your account.
  2. Include the date of your charge.
  3. We respond within 2 business days and process approved refunds to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please contact us before disputing a charge with your bank — we can almost always resolve issues faster directly.
